ATARAXIA + Madame Bistouri and CircuZ KumP presents a Folksy Horror Show from the early 1900-century of Paris, a gloomy theatrical story based on the poetry of Baudelaire. With the amusement parks and theatrical environment of Paris from the beginning of the century; the wretched, the freaks, busters and the buffons... This is the "cabarets macabres" turned into music - a ghost cabaret with sounds from Boulevard de Clichy - a theatrical dimension where the dramatic music of Ataraxia is more suitable than ever, in a nocturnal event filled with odd men, dogs, exotic perfumes, acrobats in decay, a ghostlike gothic and grotesque representation of life from the past brought to life with the sound of bandonéons, musettes, trombones, violins, tom-toms and cymbals and the dramatic and guttural voice of Francesca. With 20 years in the scene, Ataraxia is more of an institution in the medieval, neoclassical-folk traditions and following a proud Italian tradition of great spectacular shows.
