| Returns Policy prior to making a return/cancelling an order, you must first obtain authorisation by email, from katrina@resurrectionmusic.com . instances of faulty product are rare & replacements will be sent free of any carriage charge, immediately upon receipt of the returned item. you may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods, provided that the goods are returned in the original condition,still sealed (excepting faulty product where the fault is not visible prior to unsealing),complete with all packaging, booklets, inserts etc within 14 days of the cancellation date. refunds made under these circumstances will be made within 30 days of the cancellation date. all costs relating to the returning of goods (including the original cost of outward carriage) must be met by the purchaser unless otherwise agreed in advance. the purchaser remains responsible for the protection & insurance of any returned product until it is received by resurrection records. |
