Long existing and successful Italian postpunk act Other Voices re-united to return with their first all new album since 2015. “Under Control” talks about desire and the need of keeping eyes on anything: from addictions to relationships, trough knowledge of constantly being victims of ourselves and other people, reluctant to control us and accept of being controlled. “Under Control” is the bands 3rd studio album - a post punk album, an existential screaming of revenge against death. It mixes classic tunes in nervous UK-like postpunk style with more quiet ballad episodes with melted voice The first single "After Midnight" was released in late september, accompanied by a highly praised official videoclio, released on Yami Specchie's youtube channel collecting more than 5K plays in less than a week. The band "Other Voices" was born in the late 90s playing a repertoire based on classic dark-Wave. Their debut album "Anatomy of a Pain" was released in 2005 on "In The Night Time", and leading Italian Darkwave/Gothic/Electro music magazine declared Other Voices to be “…one of the most interesting bands in the Italian scene!” Countless live shows, including shows with legendary American avant-rock act ‘El Guapo', and even with ‘The Buzzcocks'. Two more albums followed in 2008 (Too dirty to reflect) and 2015 (A Way back) – and two Singles, recorded in Liverpool with Francesco Mellina, ex manager of legendary Dead or Alive.
